How long does it take?
Generally regular shipping takes about 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express post is usually 1-2 business days if you are located within the delivery network. For more information on delivery times, kindly refer to the link below:
Regular shipping via Australia Post E-Parcel is for all orders Australia Wide. Cost vary by location.
Express shipping via Australia Post. The cost will be calculated live online based on order size and delivery address.
Click & Collect Free for orders over $69. $2 fee applies for orders under $69. Collection will be from our warehouse in Nunawading. A Photo ID is required.
Same day shipping via Australia Post. Available for Melbourne Metro areas only. The cost will be shown on checkout. Someone needs to be home to sign for the package.
Specified 2-Hour window via Australia Post. This service is available to selected metro areas only. If you do not see this option, then it is not avaiable in your area. If using this method, please e-mail us your preferred delivery window 9am-11am, 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm or 3pm-5pm. Delivery will be attempted within those windows from Mondays to Friday. Delivery day cannot be specified.
All our deliveries must be signed for. Due to risk of theft and fraud, we are unable to accept requests for leaving parcel unattended.
Wrong Shipping Address
We are not responsible for wrong address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, your order will be refunded minus the shipping fee.
Returns and refunds are accepted in the event wrong item is delivered.
Returns are not offered for 'Change of Mind' situations. Please decide properly prior to buying. Restocking fee of 20-25% may apply in situations where 'Change of Mind' is offered at our discretion.

Buildandplay.com.au is a toy store and our products are sold for the purpose of playing. Returns are offered if products received are unfit for intended purpose which is building or playing.
Product boxes may show signs of wear from storage as well as handling. Creased or dented boxes does not deem the contents are not playable. If the product is fit for purpose of play, no returns or refunds.
Exchanges are offered at our discretion.
Terms for exchanges.
1. Store credit with 1 year expiry will be offered for use to reorder exchange item.
2. Cost of return to be paid by buyer.
3. Return products must be returned in good condition, in its original shipping box. If the original shipping box has been disposed, a suitable sturdy shipping box must be used. Items must not be returned using satchels or bags to avoid damage. 20% restocking fee applies for items not returned using sturdy packaging.
4. Sturdy shipping box can be purchased at a cost of $15 inclusive of postage.
5. Only the cost of the product will be offered as credit for exchange. All postage costs will not be offered as credit.
Missing pieces. If your set has a missing part, you can request for missing pieces from LEGO or from us. It is not necessary to return the entire product as missing pieces can be ordered.
