Q: What does creased box / imperfect box mean? 
A: It means minor cosmetic damages such crease lines, dented corners, or tiny rips. These are just some possible conditions that are sometimes unavoidable.

Q: How much does postage cost?

Q: My LEGO set has arrived but some pieces are missing / broken. Can I return the product?
A: There is no need to return the product. Free replacement parts can be sent out to you via LEGO replacement parts service. Please call 1800-823-757 (24hrs Monday to Friday)

Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: Payments can only be accepted online via the webstore. For your security we do not take payment information over the phone.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

Q: I'm a collector, can you guarantee the box will be mint perfect?
A: If you are a collector, we strongly recommend buying in person to inspect. There's no guarantee boxes will be mint. Most of the time, we don't even receive the products in mint condition to begin with. The products we sell are for playing not collecting.
