Delivery Information

To ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and hassle free we have endeavored to make the shipping process as efficient as possible.

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post eParcel for a flat rate delivery charge of $8.95. Express Post is also available at additional cost for orders within Australia.

To calculate the Express Post cost, add the item to your shopping cart, enter your postal code in the field provided and select the shipping method.

Orders received by 1pm are dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order is received after 1pm but before our orders are picked up we will try to include it with that days dispatch, however we cannot guarantee it. If your order misses our dispatch it will be dispatched on the following business day. If you require urgent delivery please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

International Orders

Yes, we are happy to ship internationally, however due to the number of fraudulent international transactions using credit cards, we can only accept PayPal payments for some international destinations. To calculate international shipping costs please use our shipping calculator on the cart page.

Pick Up

You may pick up your order from our warehouse in Burwood, Victoria. Please select "Warehouse Pickup from Burwood, VIC" from the Shipping Method options at checkout. You will also need to call us after placing your order to organise a pick up time. Pick up times are between 9am to 4:30pm on week days, not including public holidays.

Delivery Times

Please note that all quoted delivery times are provided as a guide only. A longer deliver time may be more applicable for some regional addresses or addresses outside the express post network.

Christmas Delivery

Orders must be placed by the following dates to ensure pre-Christmas delivery: (please note a cutoff time of 1pm still applies for same day despatch)

• 21 December - VIC
• 20 December - NSW, SA & TAS
• 19 December - QLD
• 19 December - Regional NSW, QLD, SA & TAS
• 16 December - WA & NT
• 15 December - Regional WA & NT

Please note that these timeframes are an estimate only and apply to standard postage. We also offer express post shipping. Please call us if you are unsure about your order arriving in time for Christmas.

We are open over the Christmas period except for the public holidays. Please note that Australia Post does not operate on public holidays or weekends so allow extra time for delivery for orders placed between Christmas and the New Year.
